L’Ulivo, the Italian restaurant, which is part of the BlueBay Gourmet that belongs to the BlueBay Hotels group, opens its doors shortly in front of the marina in Puerto Banús.
L’Ulivo was born to become one of the leading Italian restaurants in the area. With an ambitious and complete menu, where each dish is carefully presented, and pizza and pasta dishes steal the limelight, but we can also find a selection of meat and fish and a “chef’s suggestions” section that will change regularly.
The restaurant’s name refers to the olive tree and also one of the key ingredients, olive oil.
The aesthetics of the premises is based around green and white colours in reference to the olive theme and the Mediterranean cuisine.
Leading the restaurant are two well-established professionals, Manager, Brigitta Nagy and Assistant Manager, Mustapha El Besri, and the excellent team in the kitchen includes a Neapolitan pizza maker who will make the pizzas using the original Neapolitan recipe, charcterised by a long fermentation process for the dough that gives the pizzas a mild flavour.
